Receive Purchase Order

You can follow the number of products in PO received by clicking on the Receive button.

To update products received, you can choose to Import Products to Receive, Receive All Products or Receive Products.

Mimoran Purchase Orders Plus allows you to update Inventory on Shopify easily when products are received. Just tick the Update Inventory on Shopify if you want.

• Import Products to Receive:

  • Click on Import Products To Receive button
  • Choose the CSV file and upload

• Receive All Products: When you get all the products in Purchase Order, choose the location and click on Receive All Products button.

  The status of PO will be changed to Complete.

• Receive Products:

  • Choose the Location to receive
  • Edit the Qty of products received
  • Click on the Receive Products button
  • After that, you will get a notification and the status of PO is changed to Receiving.
